Crystal began her career in the financial industry at a local retail bank in 2000. Crystal graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She joined Eagle Creek in 2019 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer.
Crystal resides in Maple Grove with her husband, Ryan, and their two daughters. Crystal enjoys entertaining guests at their house, being on the lake in the summer, traveling, running and working out.
