Crystal Hatteberg
Director of Operations
Crystal Hatteberg began her career in the financial industry at a local retail bank in 2000. She graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She joined Eagle Creek in 2019 and serves as the Director of Operations.
In her role as Director of Operations, Crystal ensures that the firm’s systems, service, and strategy all run seamlessly in support of clients and partners. She oversees the full operational framework, from client communications and financial plan preparation to compliance and process development, ensuring every engagement reflects Eagle Creek’s commitment to excellence and care.
Crystal coordinates both client and business partner meetings, participates in most client interactions, and manages follow-up items for both clients and the advisory team. An early adopter of cutting-edge project management tools developed for the financial sector, she keeps projects organized, actionable, and transparent.
Her role also includes preparing internal monthly reports, maintaining data integrity across all systems, and managing internal projects and procedures. Crystal is instrumental in creating and maintaining Eagle Creek’s internal processes, templates, and workflows that keep the firm efficient and client-focused.
She also oversees ongoing compliance requirements and branch reviews, ensuring Eagle Creek operates within the highest professional and regulatory standards. In addition, Crystal continues to expand her expertise through continuing education and networking with other operations professionals, ensuring that Eagle Creek’s systems and service remain best-in-class.
Crystal’s combination of operational insight, organization, and client service helps ensure that both the firm’s internal team and its clients experience consistency, accuracy, and excellence at every stage of engagement.
Crystal resides in Maple Grove with her husband, Ryan, and their two daughters. She enjoys entertaining guests at their house, cheering on her daughters sporting events, and traveling.
