Crystal began her career in the financial industry at a local retail bank in 2000. She graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She joined Eagle Creek in 2019 and serves as Director of Operations.
Where Jeannie focuses on the strategy behind a client's financial life, Crystal focuses on everything that makes that strategy actually happen — smoothly, on time, and without a client having to ask twice.

Crystal resides in Maple Grove with her husband, Ryan, and their two daughters. She enjoys entertaining guests at their house, cheering on her daughters' sporting events, and traveling.
