Jeannie and Crystal first met in 2011 while working together at a local planning firm. In 2019, Crystal officially joined Eagle Creek — a decision made with a clear understanding that this was not just a role, but a shared professional commitment.

Crystal is a self-starter and lifelong learner with exceptional organizational and client-relationship skills. She plays an active role in client plan development, ongoing relationships, and the day-to-day operations of the firm.
